"We support private and public sector players by leveraging our unique expertise in all areas of public funding. Financing your project is a major challenge: what if we overcome it together?
At FRS, it's in our DNA to recognize how three small letters can drive meaningful change. Given our initials, we were perfectly aligned for CSR—just swap the 'F' for a 'C,' and it all clicks. As for the deeper meaning of it, we’ll break it all down for you right after this.
So here it is—the slightly different page of our website. Everywhere else, we talk about our expertise, our commitment to supporting you, and our determination to make a difference. And we mean every word of it. But because honesty is at the core of who we are, it’s time to switch gears a bit. This page isn’t (just) about what we’re already doing well. It’s also about what we can do better. Better for the planet. Better for our employees. Better for everyone, ultimately.
Good news: we know our way around Excel spreadsheets. Analyzing, optimizing, and boosting performance is what we do every day. But this time, we’re not doing it for our clients—we’re doing it for ourselves. What does that change? Nothing. We apply the same rigor, the same high standards, and, most importantly, the same commitment to doing things right. Not just to check off boxes, but to ensure every decision is meaningful. At FRS, we believe that economics must be guided by conscience. And we're committed to being the conscience behind our Excel spreadsheets.
We could give a long speech about inclusion, equality, and well-being, but we're probably better at living it than writing about it. For us, it’s not a policy—it’s second nature. It’s not an obligation—it’s a desire. It’s not written on posters— it’s embedded in our daily interactions. Because it's by embracing our differences that we succeed, together, in making a real impact.
When it comes to environmental responsibility, it’s not just about sorting waste or turning off the lights when you leave a room. It’s about being able to look at yourself in the mirror. And we’d love to tell you that what we see there is perfect or that we clearly see all our little flaws. In reality, what we see is potential for growth. And even the mirror isn’t quite ready for what we plan to show it next time.
Once upon a time, there was a perfect company fully committed to CSR. The company had shared its vision of all the things it wanted to achieve, only to realize that its audience expected more. Thus, instead of just chit-chatting, here are some facts about us:

> Supplier audit > Creation & distribution of a supplier charter for self-assessment > Annual report and communication of CSR performance
> Development and communication of a clear non-discrimination policy > Launch of the FRS library & company-sponsored race bibs > 45 team breakfasts to kickstart the week and (almost) just as many afterworks
> Collective decision to organize seminars accessible exclusively by train or low-emission transport > Implementation of measures to assess and reduce our carbon footprint > Removal of plastic bottles from the offices and installation of coffee machines with grinders
