"We support private and public sector players by leveraging our unique expertise in all areas of public funding. Financing your project is a major challenge: what if we overcome it together?
Once the funding agreement has been signed, the project can finally begin! The obligations to the funder can be considerable. FRS can provide day-to-day support in managing the project, preparing technical and financial reports, and coordinating the consortium.
The grant agreement imposes certain obligations, the most important of which is to use the resources described in the project proposal submitted. The project leader must be able to demonstrate that the appropriate resources have been committed and the planned expenditure incurred to obtain the grant awarded. Throughout the project, several reports will be required to show technical progress, results achieved, any problems encountered by the company and the adjustments planned to deal with them, and expenditure incurred. FRS can help you prepare these technical and financial reports, monitor expenditure, and organize and chair project meetings both internally and with the funder.
Monitoring projects and producing technical and financial reports can be even more complex in collaborative projects. We can help you to manage the consortium, monitor the schedule and collect and consolidate information.
Provide project monitoring tools and help complete them, monitor schedule, deliverables, and milestones, remind of deadlines.
Preparation of technical reports on the progress of the project in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Helps you monitor expenses against the forecast budget and collect supporting documentation (invoices, pay slips, timesheets, etc.).
Preparation and, where appropriate, chairing of steering committees with partners and/or funders and nominated experts.
