Applying for public funding

Once the project call is identified, FRS will help you set up the project by providing comprehensive support from the preparation of the application to the signing of the funding agreement (finding partners, drafting the application, structuring the financial and economic elements, managing the consortium, etc.).

Building the candidate project

FRS will assist you with the technical, financial and economic framing of your project. Our experts will guide you in preparing your work plan, schedule, budget and business plan through weekly meetings throughout the project.

At the same time, FRS is responsible for drafting the technical annex for the application (covering context, objectives, state of the art, technological barriers, innovative dimension, impact, work packages, etc.), as well as addressing the financial and economic elements of the project.

Collaborative projects

Some calls for projects require more joint applications. FRS can help you find partners in France and abroad. We can also manage the consortium during the application preparation phase.

Application review and agreement

FRS will support you throughout the application process and remain by your side until the contract is signed with the funder. In particular, FRS assists project leaders in preparing for the presentation, crafting responses to evaluators’ questions during the Q&A phase, and revising deliverables and budgets during the negotiation phase.
