We should say here what everyone else says: that we are the best, different from the rest. The truth is that like any group of people working together, we may have our flaws. However, we acknowledge them, we adapt to overcome them, to continually evolve and improve, and we use what we learn in our favour. Remote work is deeply ingrained in our DNA; flexibility and autonomy have always been part of our ethos. We prefer to free ourselves from constraints rather than adding new ones.
The advantage of a human scale company is that things can be easily changed. FRS’ quality is its ability to listen intelligently (and being very humble). We propose changes, we decide on the best solution, we transform, we adapt and that’s how we progress.

If there’s a habit that will never be lost at FRS, it’s the Monday breakfast. In general, we share food as a passion, and we take advantage of any occasion to organise a good team lunch. We also have fortnight meetings to catch up on the team news (and to organise upcoming lunch outings)
We could have described our exciting projects here. However, because we know that not all of them might excite you in the same way, at FRS we cultivate the art of bouncing back, changing course and adapting quickly to the strengths and preferences of each one of us.
We can't spill all the beans, but some of our gem jokes were born during office hours. And many others stem from our afterwork events. There is the rumor that some come from graceful falls taken while skiing and others from passionate performances at karaoke night. And then our best heated debates come from winning at the Quiz Room, but that's a story for another time...
