FRS is built around the idea that all businesses deserve support, whether they are large companies, small businesses, or SMEs. The first years witness the successful development of the tax offerings (RTC, YIC, etc.): the client portfolio expands, and the first employees are recruited after just one year.
With a solid base that is already recognised in the world of innovation financing, FRS wants to expand its range of services and develops a new area of expertise: grants and subsidies. We head to Brussels to gain a better understanding of the mechanisms involved in this type of funding. And it worked: the first European grant is obtained in 2015. Recruitment is speeding up.
FRS accepts the challenge of supporting an international client and carries out its first assignments abroad. This success strengthens its involvement in the economic landscape of innovation financing. Subsequently, our customers include French and international companies, ranging from startups to major corporations. As a direct outcome of this development, FRS Spain is created in 2019.
Starting from scratch to develop their expertise in the field of grants and subsidies, the partners of FRS face a problem encountered by companies: amidst the multitude of grant programs, it is challenging to navigate and find one's way around. Consequently, FRS develops a platform enabling companies to query a database listing all the grants available in the market. Finelink is launched in 2018. A new version of the project is planned for 2024.
The trips to Brussels were a particularly fertile vector for broadening horizons. After the success of the subsidy department, FRS Consulting embarks on a new challenge by expanding its services in Africa. New projects, new contacts, new methods of financing: everything is yet to be written. And it's all being written again. The first project supported in Africa leads to a success in 2023.
In order to strengthen its presence in the agri-agro and aerospace sectors, to get closer to the Spanish office and to facilitate contact with its clients in the south of France, FRS creates FRS Occitanie in 2022. The firm recruits its first employee in 2024.
FRS was founded on the premise that it's always harder to get support when you're small. However, what has continually motivated us is innovation. Regardless of its size, scope, or ambition, every idea has the right to exist. So, we decided to give a helping hand to luck.
One could say that what connects us is our scientific expertise. That would be true. However, it's only part of the picture. What really connects us is our desire - the desire to learn, the desire to share, the desire to support. And, most importantly, the desire to witness your aspirations, your ideas, and your innovations come to life.
At FRS, we tend to speak of partners rather than customers. To customers, we run a well-refined process. To our partners, we offer tailor-made solutions. Each assignment requires us to rethink our approach. We give, we learn, we grow, and we start over.
We have no difficulty admitting that we've never done something before. And we have no difficulty stating that we can still achieve it. FRS has built itself by constantly venturing into new territories. As long as it's conducted transparently, we're confident that everyone will benefit. And nobody has yet managed to prove us wrong.

With a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in law obtained in Spain in 1999, I have accumulated extensive expertise in intangible asset valuation over the years. In 2019, I joined FRS to set up the Spanish subsidiary, aiming to position it as a key player in the Spanish RTC consultancy ecosystem.
I've always been driven by innovation, and my engineering training has given me the necessary rigour for this position. A serene strength, always attentive, it's in my hometown of Toulouse that I proudly fly the FRS flag.
