Our CSR Commitment

At FRS, it's in our DNA to recognize how three small letters can drive meaningful change. Given our initials, we were perfectly aligned for CSR—just swap the 'F' for a 'C,' and it all clicks. As for the deeper meaning of it, we’ll break it all down for you right after this.

And we mean every word of it. But because honesty is at the core of who we are, it’s time to switch gears a bit. This page isn’t (just) about what we’re already doing well. It’s also about what we can do better. Better for the planet. Better for our employees. Better for everyone, ultimately.

But this time, we’re not doing it for our clients—we’re doing it for ourselves. What does that change? Nothing. We apply the same rigor, the same high standards, and, most importantly, the same commitment to doing things right. Not just to check off boxes, but to ensure every decision is meaningful. At FRS, we believe that economics must be guided by conscience. And we're committed to being the conscience behind our Excel spreadsheets.
